If you have a product that you want to sell more of online, there's arguably no better way than to recruit affiliates.

They will go and spread your sales message around the world in no time at all and some of the more skilled affiliates will end up selling more copies of your product than you could ever do single handedly.

However, with such benefits comes problems. The biggest problem of all when getting affiliates to promote your products is not how much you pay them or what you can do to help them, it's actually finding them in the first place.

There's nothing more frustrating when shopping online than spending a good amount of time picking out just the right present, gadget, or whatever it is you're shopping for only to find the business doesn't accept credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, or whatever form of payment you are trying to use.  There's enough competition out there without shooting yourself in the foot by not accepting the most common forms of payment.  After all, you're asking your customers to part with their hard earned money; the least you can do is make it easy for them to do so.
